Every Sundial timepiece is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five years from date of purchase. This guarantee applies to all parts except power cells, straps, bracelets and plating. Damage by abuse or neglect is not covered by this guarantee.
Bracelets and straps on Sundial watches of the same case size are interchangeable. Replacements can be purchased from our service centre.
Sundial watch bracelets feature solid 7-section links, held together by a split pin. Removable links are marked with an arrow on one side. The split pin can be pushed out in the direction of the arrow, using a bracelet vice and pin pusher.
Since a Sundial watch needs no battery changing or maintenance, it has been designed without a removable caseback. In the unlikely event of a Sundial watch needing repair, we recommend returning it to our Service centre.
